The Optifoam Nonadhesive Foam Wound Dressing (4" x 4") is a soft, absorbent dressing designed for wounds that need moisture control without adhesive contact. The open-cell foam helps draw excess fluid away from the wound bed, supporting a balanced healing environment while reducing the risk of skin maceration. Because there’s no border or adhesive, clinicians can pair it with the securement method of their choice—making it useful across hospitals, clinics, and home-health settings throughout the U.S.
