Silo Medical Supply Return & Refund Policy

At Silo Medical Supply, customer safety is our top priority. Due to the nature of medical supplies and in compliance with health and safety regulations, certain products are not eligible for return once opened or used.

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened, used, or tampered with:

Diabetic Supplies

- Blood glucose meters
- Test strips
- Lancets
- Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) supplies
- Control solutions

Wound Care Supplies

- Dressings, bandages, and gauze
- Sterile wound care products
- Adhesives and topical wound treatments

Respiratory Supplies

- Nebulizers and accessories
- CPAP/BiPAP masks, tubing, and filters
- Oxygen accessories
- Any sterile or personal respiratory item

Other Non-Returnable Items

- Any sterile or single-use medical product
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or alteration

 

RETURNABLE ITEMS (WITH APPROVAL)

Certain products may be eligible for return only if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Mobility Aids

- Walkers
- Canes
- Crutches
- Rollators

Orthopedic Supplies

- Braces
- Supports
- Splints

Return Conditions

- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All parts, manuals, and accessories must be included
- Returns require prior authorization

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return authorization, please contact customer support (support@silomedsupply.com) and include:
- Order number
- Item(s) to be returned
- Reason for return

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Photos may be required. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.

 

REFUNDS

- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items
- Processing time is 5–10 business days after receipt

 

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method
- Silo Medical Supply is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
