The Ultra-Fine II™ U-100 Insulin Syringe (3/10cc, 31 gauge x 8mm) is designed for people who take smaller insulin doses and want precise, consistent delivery. The 3/10cc barrel supports doses up to 30 units, making it easier to measure lower amounts accurately compared to larger syringes. Clear barrel markings help reduce dosing errors and support confidence with daily injections.
The 31-gauge needle is very thin to help minimize injection discomfort, while the 8mm needle length supports reliable subcutaneous delivery.
